You approve every change before it reaches Amazon.
This is what happens after you connect your store.
- 01
Connect your store
Use Amazon's own permission screens. The free audit needs read-only access. Edit access covers only the work you approve.
- 02
Sign the starting numbers
Before any change, we both sign your profit for the previous 60 days. Our fee is measured from that number. You also set a daily spend cap and words we must never target.
- 03
Approve the work
Each change comes with its reason and its math. Approve or skip it in one tap. Afterwards we grade it: worked, too early to tell, or didn't work.
The work we do in your account every day
Our system finds the work, and a real operator checks it before it reaches you.
- 01
Ad bids set from profit
We raise and lower bids from each product's profit after Amazon's fee and your cost. Search terms that waste money get cut.
- 02
Listing fixes
We rewrite titles, bullets and keywords from your own search data. After you approve, we send the change to Amazon where your account allows it, or give you the file to upload. We check the next day whether it went live.
- 03
Stock warnings
Days of stock on every product, a warning before one runs out, and lower ad spend on items about to sell out.
- 04
Account health
Policy warnings, suppressed listings and rising defect rates, flagged in our daily check.
- 05
Featured offer and fees
An alert when you lose the featured offer, and your profit on each sale after every Amazon fee.
- 06
Possible reimbursements
We look for FBA reimbursements Amazon may owe you. Each lead comes with its evidence for you to check before a case is filed.
- 07
Seller Central cases
Drafted with evidence, then filed from your Seller Central, or by us once you authorize BrimScout as a service provider. Tracked to the outcome.
- 08
A weekly report
Written by your operator: what we changed, what worked, what didn't, against the starting numbers we both signed.

Product samples sent to creators, and their videos used in your ads.
What we read from Amazon, and why
Each Amazon permission we ask for, what it lets us read, and what we use it for. We read only your own account and use it only for your account.
- Amazon Ads
- Campaigns, keywords, search terms and their results. Bids are set from each product's real profit, not from ACOS alone, and budget moves to what earns.
- Product Listing
- Your listings, their status and the issues Amazon reports. We flag suppressed or non-compliant listings, and a fix is sent to Amazon only after you approve it.
- Pricing
- Featured offer status, competing prices and Amazon's fee estimates. Profit per sale and the highest bid that still pays. We never change your prices on our own.
- Amazon Fulfillment
- FBA inventory and reimbursement reports. Days of cover, stock warnings and possible missing reimbursements for you to review.
- Selling Partner Insights
- Account health, policy warnings and defect rates. Early alerts, so ads are never pushed on an account at risk.
- Finance and Accounting
- Fees, refunds, reimbursements and payouts from Amazon's settlement data. Profit per product after every Amazon cost. That number sets bids and measures the profit we add.
- Inventory and Order Tracking
- Orders, units and prices by product and day. What the ads really earn. We do not collect buyer names, addresses or contact details.
- Brand Analytics
- For brand-registered sellers: Search Query Performance, Search Terms, Market Basket and Repeat Purchase reports. The searches you are losing and the keywords worth adding to ads and listings. Used only for your account and never combined with other sellers.
How we use AI
Bid, listing and stock proposals come from our own rules-based math on your Amazon data, and a person reviews them. AI (Anthropic's Claude) answers your questions in the Ask Scout chat, and its answers can be wrong. Your numbers refresh daily, some reports lag by a day or two, and nothing changes without your approval.
Each morning you see what we did, what needs your OK, and your profit.
Example data. The audit uses your numbers.

What changes when we take over the daily work
The usual way
- You make every change yourself, or pay for software you still have to run
- Bids follow ACOS, even on products that lose money
- Changes come without a written reason
- Many agencies charge a share of ad spend, win or lose
With BrimScout
- We make the changes and you approve each one
- Bids are set from each product's profit
- Every change shows its reason and its math
- You pay 20% of the profit we add, nothing if it doesn't grow
How much ad spend runs past break-even?
$2,222a month
$10,000 at 45% ACOS buys $22,222 of sales. Break-even at 35% is $7,778.
Our fee comes out of the profit we add.
20%of the profit we add
No base fee during the pilot. We measure against the starting numbers we both signed. Cancel any time.
Your ad spend and Amazon's seller fees are paid to Amazon and are not part of our fee.

- We've worked with agencies before. What's different?
- Many agencies charge a monthly retainer or a share of your ad spend, so they are paid whether your profit grows or not. We are paid 20% of the profit increase over numbers we both sign, and you approve every change before it happens.
- Why not use Amazon's own tools?
- Someone still has to run them every day. We do that work, count your real costs, and are paid only when your profit goes up.
- Do you change anything without asking?
- No. Every bid, keyword, listing edit or budget move is shown with its reason and its math, and nothing is applied until you approve it. Every change is logged with its before and after values.
- What access do you need?
- For the free audit, a report export or read-only access. For the pilot, you authorize BrimScout through Amazon's own permission screens for the ad accounts and listings in scope. We never ask for your Amazon password, and you can remove our access at any time.
- What does it cost?
- No base fee during the pilot. You pay 20% of the profit increase over a starting baseline we both sign. A month where profit does not go up costs nothing.
- Is my data shared with anyone?
- Your data is used only to run your account. We never sell it and never combine it with other sellers' data. The providers that help us run the service are listed on our Data Processing page.
- Do you work with creators?
- Not yet. It is coming soon: product samples sent to creators, and the best videos used in your ads.
- Which marketplaces?
- Amazon US today.
- Is this the same company as the RV park software?
- Yes. BrimScout LLC also makes BrimScout reservation software for RV parks. The two products are separate and share no customer data.
- Are you part of Amazon?
- No. BrimScout is an independent company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
